Feed Leeds is a network of individuals and organisations working in partnership to support local food growing for its social, economic, environmental and health benefits, and to promote healthy, sustainable and affordable food in Leeds.

There is a huge amount of food growing in Leeds – in gardens, allotments, schools, community plots, parks, city farms etc. Feed Leeds is both a ‘plot to plate’ project, supporting food growers of all kinds, and also a ‘farm to fork’ project, working towards a strategic approach to food for our city. (We do the latter largely via Foodwise Leeds, which we helped to create for this purpose). Being a network rather than a project, we tend not to grow food as Feed Leeds, but we do aim to help growers and other food projects with advice, contacts, lobbying etc as needed, and most committee members are involved with various growing or other food-related projects: ourConnections’  (who we ask to please display our logo). Feed Leeds is a member of the Incredible Edible family. See the About page for more – and please do join us.
