What would Dr Who say? Thanks to Parks, veg is sprouting out all over Leeds: “Educate! Educate!” (And harvest at will)
These chaps are guarding the door to St Johns Church, next to the St Johns Centre.
This was a great success, with people visiting edible gardens right across Leeds, on the 7th of June 2015.

The committee (plus two) have been getting their hands dirty planting up the tubs in City Square. Many thanks to Feed Leeds /LCC Parks’ Paul Ackroyd for making the beds and some of the plants available, and for Feed Leeds/Bardon Grange’s Caroline Scott for the rest. Signs will be installed shortly.

Hollin Lane Allotments are having a Plant Bring & Buy Sale on Sunday 31 May, starting at 11:00. We are next to the Meanwood Valley Trail. The main entrance is from the bottom of Hollin Drive LS16 5NE. Veg seedlings, ornamentals, house plants, gardening stuff, delicious refreshments and more. Everyone is welcome.
