See what you could do by exploring the Interactive School HERE

Explore what schools near you are doing on our schools map. Your own entry is almost certain to be out of date because we can’t keep track of what everyone is doing – so please put us right and we’ll update. Thanks! (Open in fall frame to see the layer list HERE).

About

LESSN was founded by members of the Feed Leeds committee (it’s currently a Feed Leeds ‘co-managed’ project) and network, with funding from the Leeds Sustainability Institute for the Interactive School and other parts of this website. We have no formal structure, constitution or funding at present, but we do respond promptly to enquiries and aim to help by connecting people with contacts in the network.

We also run networking and support workshops for school growers – in collaboration with Leeds City Council Health and Wellbeing (Schools) at least twice a year – often at Meanwood Valley Urban Farm, and other events as and when we can, and we contribute to activity by network partners.

Help for schools can be found on the LESSN Bookshelf HERE, and the schools resources page HERE.

Please contact us if you would like to come to one of our events.
